Kirsten Davis Principal Investigator, GLIDE Research Group Assistant Professor, School of Engineering Education Purdue University [email protected]
Interested in joining the GLIDE Research Group? Prospective Graduate Students
In the Engineering Education Ph.D. program here at Purdue, students don't pick an advisor or join a research group until after their first semester in the program. We provide opportunities for interacting with different faculty during that first semester so that students can make an informed decision.
See the Purdue Engineering Education website to learn about dates for our annual open house, where you can learn more about the Ph.D. program. Virtual and in-person options are available.
As you are preparing your application to the Ph.D. program, it can be helpful to learn about the research of the various faculty members in our department. If you would like to learn more about Dr. Davis's research, email her to set up a 30-minute appointment and indicate which research projects you are interested in learning more about.
Undergraduate Students
Send Dr. Davis an email with 1) your resume attached, 2) a description of which research projects you are interested in learning more about, and 3) please indicate whether you are looking for a paid position or research credits.
